ACCESSiFLY surveys exist as Integrated GIS Solutions with real open data, easily understood in the language of "Maps & Cartography"; as such, they can easily leverage existing systems such as Autodesk, RETScreen Clean Energy Manager, OFS Pro Oilfield, Lightshipworks, RockWorks, Multifreight, CEROS, Salesforce, Office 365, Adobe CMS Experience Manager, SAP, and any other existing software application, regardless of field and/or industry (including "in-house" applications).
All Survey's (Aerial Surveys inclusive) are Cadastral Legal and conducted using GNSS RTK Loggers & Aerial GCPs to less than >0.25cm error margins meeting standards for 3rd Party Certification as needed (Land Surveyor).
Following your Initial Consultation & Contractual finalization, we conduct a formal "Site Safety Survey" (component of the Canadian Aviation Regulations) and begin formal collection of any needed data, terrestrial reference imaging for work and mock-up for our own in-House Planning, and for Airspace Authorities.
Contact is made with Transport Canada, Air Traffic Control (ATC) & Flight Service Stations (FSS) as needed to clear the "Plan of Activity & Deployment". Additionally, we issue a NOTAM ("Notice To Airmen") through NAVCanada for the flight (this is the formal notice to all Commercial & Private Air Traffic - "where & when we are flying").
Upon confirmation from Airspace Authorities, we independently (as a Company Policy) Contact & alert all adjacent Landowners, Stakeholders, Business, and Regions of Interest within the Flight Buffer Zone and field all dialogue on behalf of our Clients.
All Pre-flight Compliance Checklists, Equipment, as well as any specific Safety/Emergency Protocols needed are documented, reviewed and finalized with in-house Flight Staff and Clients. A Final written "Plan of Activity & Deployment" is furnished for all parties for reference.
We deploy at your location and complete your Aerial Imaging Flight as per the arranged “Plan of Activity” & "Site Safety Survey".
("Weather" poses the greatest risk to all Safety. We SHALL NOT fly if we determine conditions are unsafe. All "Plans Of Activity & Deployment" include MULTIPLE contingency days for alternate flights to accommodate meteorological anomalies).
Clients are furnished with a detailed summary of their Flight and all data is shared as soon as we are able to offload and analyse your images. Clients will be able to meet with us within 72 hours of all Flights to discuss the Post-Flight Report and examine preliminary samples
("Technical Issues" that can arise with regards to any Flight Data Collection are similarly governed under contingency planning for "redeployment" if needed).
Clients have the option to process ALL data at any time but are strongly encouraged to focus on “what is needed”. Our "Privacy/Public Safety Policy" is to "Edit out" any Stakeholders who are not involved. We DO NOT archive, test, or release data and imagery from your project without filtering it.
At the "Post-Flight Meeting" the "Unedited" data is shared with Clients so they can compare it to the "Filtered" versions. All "Unfiltered" data and files are then transferred and signed "in the clients witness" and submitted for destruction to ensure everyone's safety and respect their Rights. Outside "Court Bond/Research NDA/Special Contractual Agreement", we DO NOT retain compromising Client Data nor surrender it to 3rd Parties.
Depending on the complexity of your needs, your custom ACCESSiFLY “Infrared Thermography & Integrated GIS Solution” is delivered to you as earlier as 10 Business Days depending on the "Terms & Conditions" of your Contract with us.
"Deliverables" for all work vary to extreme degrees from 3D/4D Imaging, Infrared Thermograms, Legal Reports (all Infrared Imaging work comes standard with Legal Thermography Reports), Mobile Applications, Hard Copy Documentation, Video/Photo distributables etc.

You won't receive a "USB Key with your imaging, a few PDF's and a handshake" from us once your Contract and Project Deliverables are released, nor waning availability on email or by phone contact.
Ongoing support for our Products is extended as long as needed as you grow with them and they grow your business.
